Bank of Baroda Restores Normal Hours Post COVID-19
Post-pandemic, Bank of Baroda has resumed its standard working hours, operating from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays. This decision was made in consultation with state governments.
The bank has reinstated all services such as passbook printing, account opening, cash deposits and withdrawals, cheque clearings, and government transactions. Note exchange services are also operational at adjacent branches.
Visitors must adhere to safety guidelines, including wearing face masks, maintaining social distancing, and proper sanitization. It is advised to visit only when essential and follow designated queue systems.
To avoid crowding, customers are encouraged to utilize Net-banking and Mobile Banking services for routine transactions.
NEFT transactions are available from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM on weekdays, excluding the 2nd and 4th Saturdays and Sundays. However, online NEFT services are free and accessible 24/7.
Similarly, RTGS services run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays, except for the same closed days as above. Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) is available round-the-clock for fund transfers.
Note, Bank of Baroda branches adhere to the schedule from Monday to Friday, closing on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays. Branch office hours may vary, so please check with the respective branch.
Employees take a scheduled lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, ensuring uninterrupted service outside break hours.
For transactions on unavailable NEFT/RTGS dates, customers can leverage the 24/7 IMPS service.
