This app simplifies the process of downloading SBI bank statements directly to your mobile device. Previously, obtaining an SBI statement required a branch visit, but now, with Yono, it can be accomplished easily on your smartphone. Here are the steps to download your SBI bank statement PDF via the mobile app.
Requirements to Download the SBI Statement:
- Access to your SBI account connected to your registered mobile number.
- An active mobile plan on the number linked to your SBI account, needed for receiving the statement password.
- A stable internet connection to download the app and access your SBI statement.
- Your SBI Internet banking User ID and password for app login.
Mobile banking now offers the convenience of checking your account balance and retrieving statements among other functionalities. Once you have your details ready, you can easily download your statement in PDF format using two available methods.
The first method is offline, not requiring internet connectivity to retrieve the PDF. The second is the online method that does need internet access.
Steps to Download the Bank Statement Without Internet Banking:
- Initially, connect to the internet to download the SBI Quick App. After this, no internet is needed.
- Register on the app using your mobile number, completing the registration with OTP verification.
- Select "Account Services" from the app's home page.
- Enter your account number and passcode to access and download the PDF statement.
- Log into your email on your phone and download your bank statement.
- Open the statement using your passcode.
Using the SBI Yono Lite App:
- Download the Yono Lite application via internet. Compatible with both Android and iOS.
- Register using your SBI Internet banking credentials and complete OTP verification.
- Select "My Accounts" on the home screen.
- Choose "View/Download Statement" from the menu.
- Pick your account number and the desired statement period.
- Download the statement, permitting the app to save files on your device.
- Open the statement using your 11-digit account number as the password in any PDF reader.
