About Mudra Loan

The purpose of this yojana is to assist small and micro businesses by offering financial loans and encouraging entrepreneurship nationwide. With a budget allocation of 20,000 Crores, the MUDRA scheme provides three types of loans: Shishu, Kishore, and Tarun, which are categorized by the size and needs of the borrower. These loans are available for a maximum of five years and come with affordable interest rates. The scheme is pivotal in boosting the economy by nurturing the growth of SMEs.
