Introduction:

The State Bank of India introduces the SBI EMS portal, also known as the Enterprise Messaging Service, designed exclusively for its staff. This portal provides each employee with a unique email address linked to the State Bank of India or its affiliates.

Access is restricted and requires individuals to reach out to the local EMS head or the bank's admin for portal entry. Additionally, credential requests depend on approval.

Steps to log in to the SBI EMS portal:

  1. Visit https://ems.sbi.co.in if you have portal access.
  2. Once on the portal, input your username and choose the correct domain, e.g., sbi.co.in for State Bank of India staff.
  3. Enter your password and click 'Sign In' to be directed to the EMS Dashboard.

Key details about the EMS Portal:

  • Submit account activation requests to the Admin or EMS head in IT. Post-approval, accounts activate for 24 hours.
  • Usernames and initial passwords are one-time credentials that require change upon first login.
  • Passwords have a 90-day validity, necessitating periodic changes.
  • In case of a forgotten password, the EMS Helpline assists with resets. After five failed login attempts, accounts lock for 30 minutes.
  • Modification of DNS settings to change proxy settings results in access denial to the EMS portal.

For queries or support, connect with the SBI Email desk via:

  • Email: ems@sbi.co.in
  • Phone: 022-2756679
  • VOIP: 100123, 100124, 100127

Do not hesitate to contact the desk for assistance or inquiries you might have.
