1. Visit the NSDL website.

2. Choose “Changes or Correction in existing PAN data” under the “Application Type” section.

3. Select “Individual” from the “Category” dropdown.

4. Input your “Applicant Information” and click “Submit”.

5. Save the generated token number and proceed with your PAN application.

6. Choose your preferred KYC verification method.

7. Provide mandatory details such as Aadhaar/EID and additional information.

8. Select “Photo Mismatch” and “Signature Mismatch”, enter the details of your Father or Mother, and click “Next” for updates.

9. Fill in personal details like address and contact information under the “Address and Contact” section.

10. Present identity, address, and date of birth proof.

11. Submitting an Aadhaar card satisfies the previous three requirements, alongside a copy of your PAN or allotment letter.

12. Agree to the declaration and click “Submit”.

13. Upload scanned copies of verification documents.

14. Review the entire form, click “Submit” to finalize, or select “Edit” to make changes.

15. Pay ₹110 (including GST) for addresses in India, or ₹1020 (including GST) for addresses abroad.

16. Save and print the application.

18. Ensure you include all required documents with the form.

19. A 15-digit acknowledgment number will be provided for tracking the application status.

Alternatively, you can update your PAN card photo or signature offline as follows:

1. Download the Request for New PAN Card or Changes/Correction in PAN Data Form.

2. Carefully fill in all mandatory details.

3. Attach necessary documents, such as proof of address, identity, and passport-size photos.

4. Submit the form at a nearby NSDL collection center.

5. After paying the applicable fees offline, you will receive a 15-digit acknowledgment number to track your PAN Card application status.
